Review: How to Launch the Bleep Out of Your eBook by Dave Navarro and Naomi Dunford

Full Disclosure: I’m a customer of IttyBiz.com and The Launch Coach. I’m also an affiliate marketer. This means if you click on the link in this post and choose to buy this ebook, I get a commission for it. We still good? Tight as bark on a tree? Ok, read on. K

“Okay now, explain this to me like I’m a four-year-old.”–Denzel Washington as lawyer Joe Miller in Philadelphia.

Why is Dave Navarro and Naomi Dunford’s How to Launch the Bleep Out of Your eBook the best guide to creating and launching an ebook on the market? Because it does just what Denzel Washington’s character asks in that quote: explains it to you like you’re a four year old.   A step by step, easier-than-throwing-a- baseball-in-the-ocean guide to planning, writing, and launching your ebook, by two people who’ve done it successfully:Naomi Dunford and Dave Navarro.

I don’t have room to talk about all their successes with launches and ebooks – like seriously this would be a PDF white paper if I did.  So let’s just look at Naomi’s story:

“When I wrote my first ebook, SEO School, I made five figures in the first three months. I was beyond thrilled. Then I hooked up with Dave and started work on Online Business School– I had high hopes, because I knew Dave was good. I just had no idea HOW good.

It was important to me that I didn’t get sleazy on people. I didn’t want to push people or force them or bully them. My entire family income is dependent on the integrity of my brand and all of the information out there at the time seemed geared to dirty tricks that my readers would hate. And I’d hate myself for turning into a sleazebag. So we did it honorably. Fairly. Nicely.

Think nice guys finish last? $12,216 in the first day. $24,824 in the first week. $34,283 by the end of the month.

I am not a guru. I do not have letters after my name. Hell, I didn’t finish high school. If I can do this, I promise you can do this.”–Naomi Dunford, IttyBiz.com

Naomi and Dave break the content of this course down into four main sections:

Step One: Put Yourself Where The Money Is

This step is worth the money all by itself.  It shows you the tools, tactics, and resources available online to size up your market, customer segment, and competition. I call this doing your homework, but its a very thorough way to quickly determine if you’ve got a valid strategy, or if you need to pursue something more profitable.

Step Two: Build An Audience Of Crazed Loyal Fans

Here they’re really taking the principles behind blogging and social media, and applying them to your goal of creating a successful ebook and launch. Here they talk about the value of creating community, loyal fans, colleagues in similar or complimentary fields, all designed to build your brand, trust, credibility, and reach

Step Three: Capture An Email List Of Fans Who Can’t Wait for Your Ebook

If nothing else, Naomi and Dave are master email marketers. Not spammers, mind you. Marketers. I’ll be honest, I still don’t have this step mastered; I’m not sure if I don’t have the magic touch, or I don’t swear like Naomi does (really she does, like a merchant sailor. She’ll tell you this herself LOL),but I’m still developing this skill. Not to say their methods don’t work, I just don’t think I’ve been patient enough to see it pay off yet.

Step Four: Implement a Proven Marketing Plan to Whip Up Desire and Get that Visa Card out

All I can tell you is: this works. Because I’m one of the Visa Card whipper-outers. Naomi and Dave are such experts at creating anticipation and excitement about their product launches, they have you fired up like a kid on Christmas Eve. Again, and I can’t stress this enough, these guys aren’t sleaze bag, gold chain wearing spammers. Not even close. What they do is is keep you informed in a non-intrusive way on products or services that you’ve expressed interest in hearing about. But more than that, they care. They care that the material is useful and clear; and they will help you by responding to your emails if you have question.  And hey, if push comes to shove, they’ll give you a refund if it isn’t working for you, no strings.

Now, what I’ve learned, but I don’t know if they realize is, this book has value beyond creating an ebook. I think the skills and tactics laid out in this book can apply to any product launch, really. Market research is market research, regardless of the product. I think you’ll find like me, its something you’ll go back to again and again to employ what they’ve taught.

Okay, now its time to ask for the order. And tell you the price.

You can have How to Launch the Bleep Out of Your eBook in your hands in 90 seconds for $97.

If you see the value of this investment and you’re ready to buy go to: http://kristasphere20.com/how-to-launch-the-bleep-out-of-your-ebook/

However…

If you let out a bleep or two when you read the price, don’t click away just yet.

You’re getting a 113 page in-depth how-to book. 15 pages of detailed worksheets to guide your launch, step by step. 3 prerecorded Q&A sessions with  Dave. Now, let me level-set you: these guys command big prices for consulting. Naomi charges $500 an hour. Dave charges $250. If you consider you are getting 3 prerecorded one-hour Q&A sessions, even at Dave’s rates, that’s something he’d charge $750 right there. (And if you don’t think they get these rates, call and try to book them for a consult and see if you can get in.)

Further, this blog is my name and my reputation. I wouldn’t risk it sharing something that’s shoddy or a rip-off. Heck I wouldn’t spend money on it, right? Okay, make sense?
